I keep meaning to go to Soup Spoon - they do such a good job marketing themselves. Hopefully they'll open for dinner at some point, it's tough to make it off campus during the day when I have classes to get lunch in Lansing.

OUTSTANDING news! Soup Spoon is a favorite on my lunch list. Also a great place for Saturday brunch. Seating has always been a problem if you get there after 12pm. Hopefully the expansion will solve that problem. Just be sure to staff accordingly. Service can sometimes be a bit slow.

You know, this is one of those places that is so close to my house I forget about it when I'm thinking of places to go. The one time we stopped, I don't think they had any open tables, so this is a great thing! Especially for that block of Michigan Avenue. I would love to see more news like this for that stretch between downtown and East Lansing.
