I thought busses had dual wheels in the back. One tire blowing on the rear axle shouldn't cause an incident like this, I wouldn't think. Any truck drivers vouch for that?
If both tires blew, I'd say that sounds like a maintenance issue... We all know how school budgets have been getting chopped to bits.
